Shipping policy
Every print is produced on demand at the production facility closest to you. Orders for the EU are printed in Germany, UK orders in the United Kingdom, French orders in France, US orders in the United States, and Australian orders in Australia. Producing locally means shorter delivery times, lower shipping emissions, and no surprise customs charges for our main regions.
Estimated delivery times (business days, from order date):
Netherlands and EU: 4–6 days standard, around 4 days express
Germany: 4–6 days standard, 4–5 days express
United Kingdom: 4–6 days standard, around 4 days express
France: 3–4 days standard
United States: 4–5 days standard, 4–5 days express
Australia: 4–9 days standard, 2–4 days express
Rest of world: 5–12 days, varies by destination
Each order includes a tracking link sent by email as soon as your print ships.
Because every piece is printed on demand, production begins shortly after your order is placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at contact@jwcstudios.com as soon as possible — we can usually make changes before production starts.
Delivery estimates are provided by our production partner and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
